Download the pay version, uninstall the free version and the pop up programs that load with it then install the pay version Wa La! and no more pop ups!!

No, you basically illegally download Bear Share Premium (or Bear Share Lite) using the Free Bear Share.

And I've never used Warez, I'll have to see what that's like.
